R & J Photography is sponsoring a Fundraiser for Evan the Warrior. Evan is a Scout with Pack 2 in the Bill Hart District. He was diagnosed with leukemia in May 2007. Please join us in helping ease Evan's journey. This event is open to all Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. Be sure to visit http://www.evanthewarrior.net to find out more about this remarkable boy.

10% of all the profit will be donated to Evan the Warrior

If the event is completely sold out Evan will get 15% !

We will also donate 10% of all family portrait bookings made on 2/29 and 3/1

Appointments will be made by group (Dens and Patrols for Boy Scouts, Troops for Girl Scouts)
and all packages include a group picture.

Appointments are on a first come first served basis.

What do I do if I want my group to participate?

  1. Read the Leader FAQ
  2. Print order forms for your scouts
  3. Collect order forms and money from your scouts.
  4. Call us for an appointment at (661) 414-5037. We will hold your appointment for 5 days to allow time to mail your orders.
  5. Mail your order forms and checks to: R & J Photography 15742 Kenneth Place, Santa Clarita, CA 91387. Payments for all orders must be sent together. Make sure all orders include sales tax.
  6. All orders and payments must be received prior to the event

Scout Package Individual Order form Using Adobe Reader you can fill in your appointment date and time and print copies for your scouts.
Leader Information Sheet This is a MUST READ for any scout leader that is scheduling a photo session.
